Programmer Analyst

The Programmer Analyst provides analytical, programming and systems support for computer systems which fulfill information requirements, resolve computer related business problems, and plan for future growth. This position also performs work and makes technical decisions with some latitude for independent judgment under general supervision.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle.
  • Performs system analysis, design, develop, test, and implement well-functioning applications and databases.
  • Produces clean, efficient code based on specifications
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade applications and features
  • Integrate software components and third-party programs
  • Verify and deploy programs and systems
  • Creates thorough test plans and data validation activities.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Provide operational support for user applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  •  Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Provide support for the IT personnel assigned to various project areas.

  • Strong understanding of user issues and the ability to resolve them as quickly as possible.Strong technical skills in application development, documentation, and methodologies, including .NET, C#, OOP, RestAPI, JavaScript, XML, JSON, EF, MS SQL Server, SSRS.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) from four-year college or university in Computer Science; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
