Returns from End Users

Deublin will accept returned products only if ALL the following conditions apply:

  1. The product must have been purchased directly from Deublin.
  2. The product must be new, unused, and in its original Deublin packaging.
  3. The product must have been purchased within the last 12 months.
  4. The product must be a standard, normally stocked item. Custom or Make-To-Order (MTO) items may not be returned. Please contact Customer Service at cs@deublin.com or +1-847-689-8660 to confirm an item’s classification.
  5. The return must be authorized by Deublin. For authorization, you must call Customer Service at +1-847-689-8660. Customer Service will ask for your contact information and the model number(s) and quantity of unions you wish to return, and then issue a Case Number which MUST be on the outside of your shipment to us. We cannot accept any returns that do not display a valid Case Number.
  6. Returned items must be shipped prepaid freight to the nearest Deublin location.
  7. Re-stocking fees will apply to any returned products as follows:
    • 25%; subject to evaluation of returned items
    • 10%; if replacement order is placed for correct items
    • 0%; if error is made by Deublin

Returns from Authorized Distributors

During June/July each year, Deublin will accept return of Distributor inventory, subject to the following conditions:

  1. A list must be sent in advance to Deublin Customer Service for authorization.This list must include the item numbers, manufacturing date codes, and quantities to be returned.
  2. All items to be returned must have been purchased no less than 12 months, but no more than 24 months, from the date of return.
  3. The product must be a standard, normally stocked item.Custom or Make-To-Order (MTO) items may not be returned. Please contact Customer Service at cs@deublin.com or +1-847-689-8660 to confirm an item’s classification.
  4. The return must be authorized by Deublin. Returns must be authorized by Deublin between June 1 and July 15. For authorization, you must call Customer Service at +1-847-689-8660.  Customer Service will ask for your contact information and the model number(s) and quantity of unions you wish to return, and then issue a Case Number which MUST be on the outside of your shipment to us. We cannot accept any returns that do not display a valid Case Number.
  5. Returned items must be shipped prepaid freight to the nearest Deublin location.
  6. Deublin reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without notice. The Return Policy posted at any time or from time to time via the Site shall be deemed to be the Return Policy Statement then in effect. By continuing to use the Site following the posting of changes, you expressly accept and agree to abide by the terms set forth in the amended Return and Cancellation Policy Statement
