Deublin Performance System (DPS)®は、人材育成と業績達成のために考案された問題解決システムである。トヨタ生産方式(TPS)をモデルとして、トヨタのコンサルタントの協力を得て開発されたDPSは、経営理念、技術ツール、管理ツールの3つを不可欠な要素とする組織文化である。

Deublin Philosophy

Philosophy – customer first – empowers employees to identify improvement opportunities and to make decisions. Technical tools – lean production, kaizen, pull system – are designed to make any problems visible so employees can solve them. Managerial tools support decision making and development of people. This integrated approach provides the capabilities and agility for Deublin to handle any future challenges.
